KJW Video Publisher is an internal operational tool used by Kim Jinwook Neurosurgery Clinic to review and publish clinic-owned health-information and promotional videos to the clinic's own channel.

Purpose
A narrow tool for one clinic-owned channel
The tool is not a public SaaS product. It is available only to approved clinic personnel and is designed for a limited operational use case.
What it does not do
It does not manage third-party channels, scrape or download videos, manage advertising, provide Content ID services, or sell YouTube API Data.
Who controls publication
The human channel owner authenticates the Google account, reviews the final media and metadata, confirms the target channel, and gives explicit publication approval.

Physician-led, AI-assisted development
KJW Video Publisher was developed by a practising physician without professional software-development training, using OpenAI ChatGPT and Codex as AI-assisted development tools and reviewing official Google and YouTube documentation. AI assists the production workflow; it does not authenticate the Google account, receive account credentials, or independently decide whether to publish.

YouTube API Services
Limited API use
The tool uses YouTube Data API services to identify the authenticated owner's channel, upload an approved clinic-owned video, and verify the resulting video and publication state. The requested OAuth scopes are limited to video upload and read-only channel/video verification.
Current implementation limitation. The reviewed implementation only accepts public visibility. Official YouTube requirements state that upload clients must allow users to choose public, private, or unlisted. Audit submission remains on hold until this and the other items in the compliance plan are remediated and verified.

Credential boundary

인간 통제

본 도구는 제3자 채널 관리, 영상 검색·스크래핑·다운로드, Google Ads, Content Manager 또는 Content ID 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. YouTube API Data를 판매하거나 광고주 또는 데이터 브로커와 공유하지 않습니다.
