1. Acceptance and YouTube Terms

These Terms govern the internal use of KJW Video Publisher. By using the tool, an authorised user agrees to these Terms and agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable copyright and privacy rules.

2. Internal authorised users only

The tool is available only to personnel expressly approved by Kim Jinwook Neurosurgery Clinic. It is not a public service, consumer product, subscription service, or product for resale. Access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time for operational, security, legal, or policy reasons.

3. Permitted content and channel

Users may publish only content owned by the clinic or content for which the clinic has all necessary rights, permissions, licences, and patient/privacy approvals. The tool may be used only with the clinic-owned channel explicitly confirmed during the approval flow. Access to third-party channels is prohibited.

4. User responsibilities

• Review the complete final video before approval.
• Provide accurate title, description, tags, category, language, and target channel.
• Choose and verify the intended visibility when the compliant choice control is implemented.
• Correctly declare whether content is Made for Kids.
• Correctly disclose altered or synthetic content where required.
• Confirm compliance with YouTube Terms, Community Guidelines, copyright, privacy, medical-advertising rules, and applicable law.

5. Human approval cannot be bypassed

Google account authentication, final-media review, metadata review, target-channel confirmation, and final publication approval are human-controlled steps. Users must not bypass approval evidence, execution bindings, exact-once safeguards, HOLD states, or other security controls.

6. Prohibited conduct

Users must not disclose credentials; scrape or download third-party YouTube content; manage an unauthorised channel; manipulate metrics; use the tool for Google Ads, Content Manager, or Content ID operations; resubmit an uncertain upload without review; or use API Data for sale, advertising, surveillance, or data-broker activity.

7. AI-assisted workflow

AI tools may assist with media production, review preparation, and software development. AI does not own or operate the Google account, independently authorise publication, or receive Google passwords, one-time verification codes, OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, or access tokens.

8. Privacy and deletion

Use is subject to the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion and Revocation procedure. Removing local data does not remove a video stored by YouTube; YouTube-hosted content must be managed separately through YouTube Studio or another authorised client that supports deletion.

9. Availability and termination

The tool is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The clinic may pause the tool, revoke access, or require additional review. YouTube or Google may also restrict or terminate API access under their applicable terms and policies.

10. No endorsement

KJW Video Publisher is operated independently by Kim Jinwook Neurosurgery Clinic. It is not sponsored, endorsed, certified, or approved by Google or YouTube. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
